Thank you for choosing our brand. Every baseball glove is offered through pre-orders, allowing us to produce premium-quality products while minimizing waste and ensuring every customer receives exclusive gear. All apparel is fulfilled through a print-on-demand service.

Please read our shipping policy before placing your order.

Pre-Order Processing

All gloves sold on our website are pre-order items unless otherwise stated.

When you place a pre-order, your payment secures your item before production begins. Because your order is made as part of a production run, your item will not ship immediately.

Estimated production and shipping timelines will always be listed on each product page. While timelines may vary by collection, most pre-orders are expected to ship within 8–12 weeks after the pre-order window closes.

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may change due to manufacturing, quality control, customs clearance, or shipping delays.

Shipping

Once your order has completed production and passed quality inspection, it will be packaged and shipped.

After your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Estimated delivery time after shipment within the United States is 3–7 business days.

Shipping times begin after your order has shipped, not when the pre-order is placed.

Apparel & Baseball Gloves

If your order contains both gloves and apparel, your items may be shipped separately.

Apparel is produced and fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner, while baseball gloves are shipped after the pre-order production process is complete. Because of this, you may receive multiple packages for a single order.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because production quantities are based on customer pre-orders, all glove sales are considered final once the pre-order window has closed.

If you need to update your shipping address or request an order modification, please contact us within 48 hours of placing your order. After production begins, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made.

Delays

We strive to deliver every order as quickly as possible. However, production and shipping timelines may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, including manufacturing delays, material shortages, quality control inspections, customs processing, carrier delays, or severe weather.

We appreciate your patience and will communicate any significant delays through email and our social media channels.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Once your order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery rests with the shipping carrier.

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may require additional shipping charges before being reshipped.
